What is “Your Move”?
Your Move! is a regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) campaign for the Grand Rapids area, created by the Grand Valley Metro Council. It exists to help people who live and work here get around with more options and less reliance on cars.
The campaign grew out of GVMC’s 2023 TDM Plan, a region-wide effort to make alternative transportation more visible, more accessible, and easier to choose.
What is TDM?
Transportation Demand Management is the practice of reducing traffic congestion and vehicle miles traveled by helping people access more ways to get around — transit, biking, walking, carpooling, and more.
